Then head over to The District at Green Valley Ranch. The Easter bunny is waiting for you in his Easter hut!
And one of the most fun things about this religious holiday for kids is an Easter egg hunt. But that’s pretty hard to do if you are visually impaired.
No problem, thanks to the Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation. Sunday it hosts its FREE Beepin’ Egg Hunt. The Foundation had specially crafted plastic eggs that buzz. Kids then trade the buzzing eggs for candy.
Sighted parents and siblings can participate but they will be blindfolded.
At Sunset Park from 10 am to noon. At the Desert Willow picnic area.
