Dog lovers: Here is an event you and your dog can enjoy together at Downtown Summerlin. Check (or sniff) out the cool dog houses! The design is called Barkitecture. I am not making this up.
This year the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association had its members design and build 12 dog houses to raise money for its favorite charity, HomeAid Southern Nevada, which rehabs homeless shelters throughout Las Vegas.
All 12 dog houses are on display throughout the mall. Just leash up your pooch and stroll through the pathway; the dog houses are all over so it’s like a treasure hunt.
One has a miniature infinity-edge pool and another has a rooftop deck.

It’s a fun way to spend a day with your dog. My labradoodle Bensley preferred the dog house at Shea Homes. (I know because he peed on it.) What house did your dog like?
