This week-end is music festival time in Las Vegas. Rock in Rio starts today but that’s super pricey. (In addition to your $165 ticket, you can pay $30 a space to park at the Stratosphere.)
Want to hear some great music for FREE? Head Southwest if your fixin’ to have a good time!
Like country music? Attend the 9th annual Country in the Park at Exploration Park in Mountain’s Edge. The music is the star attraction at one of Las Vegas’s most popular master planned communities. Craig Campbell headlines (6-7:30); he’s joined by RaeLynn (5-5:45) and Las Vegas’s own Thrillbilly Deluxe (2-4).
Country in the Park also features:
- A beer garden
- Food trucks
- A western-themed play park for kids
- Exhibits
You are welcome to bring picnic baskets and blankets and chairs. No coolers, however.
