How can any kid turn down this delicious spaghetti? I know. I love the kid’s menu, since I am young at heart. But only kids qualify.
If you are looking for an adult activity that both you and your kids can enjoy FREE, head down to the Third Street Stage at the Fremont Street Experience tomorrow night to hear Melissa Etheridge. She won Grammy awards for “Ain’t It Heavy” and “Come to My Window.”

The singer-songwriter will perform a 90-minute set, starting about 9 pm. It’s part of the Downtown Rocks summer concert series. I love her raspy, smokey vocals. And she knows how to make a guitar tell her story.

Kids, this is just one reason why I love living in Las Vegas. The ability to hear Grammy-award winners up-close-and-personal FREE. Where else on the planet can you do that?
Plus you get to enjoy the Fremont Street Experience light show when she’s done.
