Tonight is the annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society‘s Men in Pink campaign. The money goes to fight breast cancer. Since I assume most cis-gender men loves breasts, this should be one of their favorite causes. (N.B. We ladies love our breasts too.)

Band leader Kenny Davidsen‘s weekly show, the Celebrity Piano Bar, at the Piazza Lounge at Tuscany Suites hosts the event. Davidsen, a talented pianist, has been leading the musicians at Mondays Dark since day 1. He has been giving back to our community for as long as I can remember.

Tonight’s theme is “Fashion Meets Music.” Various Strip singers show up and belt out a tune. Much of the fun is to see who shows up. I assume the songs will either talk about clothes or the color pink. Las Vegas’s own piano man is a whiz at stitching together an engaging show.
Piazza Lounge has a sizable dance floor. Local swing dancers typically put on their own floor show ’cause they love to dance!
Music starts at 8:45 and goes on into the night. There’s lots of entertaining to do!
Both the music and the parking are FREE. But the Cancer Society will be passing around a hat for donations.
