Want to play in the snow and not drive 11 hours to Denver? Just head south to Henderson!
Yep, Hendersonians, your tax dollars are at work. The city holds an annual WinterFest every year at the Henderson Events Plaza on Water Street. This year’s theme is “Winter-Silver & Snowflakes.” So they had to have snow right? So there’s a snow play area! For real! And it’s snow amazing!
Tonight at 6 Mayor Hafen and Santa are lighting the city Christmas tree. Tomorrow is the Evening Light Parade at 5. That’s our version of the Rose Bowl Parade except this is Vegas and we like sparkle!
But the best part is the snow.
There will be food trucks and music. And it’s all FREE!
