Today is April Fool’s Day but our offering is for real!

It’s the Family Fun Festival at Kickerbocker Park at Providence. The fun for the kids includes:

• An obstacle course
• A bungee jump
• Parachute games
• Sack races
• Water balloon fights
• A dance contest

Even if you don’t have kids, there’s plenty to do at Family Fun Fest. Like eat! Come hungry because lots of food trucks will be there. (Their fare isn’t free.) You can dine on delicacies ranging from super healthy to heart attack territory (i.e. something for everyone):

• 50 Shades of Green
• Curbside Cafe
• Frozen Frog
• Sausagefest
• The Cookie Bar
• Oming’s Kitchen
• Oso Ono Shave Ice
• The World’s Best Corn Dogs

The best part about Knickerbocker Park is the jaw-dropping view of the Las Vegas valley. Marvel at the twinkling lights!

There is both a large and small dog park if you have four-legged children.

The Festival begins at 5 and ends at 8.
