Chainsaw Artistry At Black Bear Diner

Beth Ellyn Rosenthal, eXp Realty

Back in the day when Cabela’s was a sponsor of the Professional Bull Riders World Finals here in Las Vegas, the outdoor gear provider sent two chainsaw experts into the arena to compete at half time. They had to carve a bear out of a log. Whoever finished first won.

Deja vu! Tomorrow you can hear the buzz of those whirring saws at  Henderson Black Bear Diner. The chainsaw artists will be at work from 9 to 3 in front of the eatery. It really is an art. And add the danger.

No need for lunch!

The Grizz, a Hungry Bear breakfast

Oh, and while you are there, have breakfast, which the restaurant serves all day. Most of the Texas-sized plates cost just $9.99. And the food is scrumptious. My fav: two eggs over easy with chicken apple sausage.
