It’s Four-Letter Friday. Free, of course, is my favorite four-letter word. Here is what to do free this week-end in Las Vegas.
There’s sooo much to do this week-end that it’s not surprising you are weary by Sunday morning. So detoxing in a yoga class is a great idea, assuming you can get to the Lululemon store at the Las Vegas Fashion Show Mall at the ungodly hour of 9:30 am.
A perfect down dog
This Sunday the inspiring Alyssa Tracy is teaching the complimentary class. She is my yoga teacher at 24 Hour Fitness Wigwam and I can assure you she is awesome. Alyssa is also a personal trainer, so her brand of yoga is physical as well as spiritual.
The store rolls all the racks of heavenly yoga gear to the corners and we practice in the middle of the store.
The class is open to all levels. Bring your own mat or use theirs.
The stores in the mall are closed so you won’t have to fight for parking. The Lululemon store is on the second floor of the mall.
Here is the scary part: You can shop after class. Keeping myself from running up a tab is harder than Alyssa’s vinyasas.
