It’s Super Bowl week-end! In any other year, Las Vegas would be hosting the largest number of tourists it sees all year. Super Bowl parties would abound. Everyone is buzzing about props bets.

Not but his year. People, please watch this entertaining event at home only with the people you live with. Or create virtual watching parties over Zoom or Google Meets. I want you to be here next year when we can par-tee together.

Bake Your Own Pizza

Want to know what I am doing for the Super Bowl? I am going to enjoy the game and really enjoy the commercials eating my own pizza. Yep, I am baking my own pizza from scratch.

I discovered THE best no-knead pizza dough recipe. You can easily mix the ingredients with your hands. However, you (k)need to refrigerate the dough for 18 hours so those little yeast pellets can do their thing.

That means we have to make the dough tomorrow afternoon.

I already made my own tomato sauce but you can buy marina in a jar.

Dance Through the Museum

I love guided tours of art museums because, and yes, I am going to admit this in public, I have no idea what I’m looking at. The docents point out the most interesting things.

Friday night Marcia Custer, a performance artist, is headlining a program called: MIX: Move. She takes us on a virtual tour of the galleries by dancing. According to the Museum’s website, she will point out pictures and then show how they were an inspiration for dancing.

Live DJ Haley Himiko Morris is providing the music bed for this show. You can dance along if paintings are really not your thing.
