Las Vegas’s “Dive In” Movies

Las Vegas has updated the drive in movie. The BLVD Social Club at the Cosmopolitan features “Dive In” movies.

The pool deck at the Cosmopolitan becomes an outdoor movie theater with a screen just like the ones we watched in the 1960s. The pool on the third floor overlooks the Strip, so there’s plenty to watch even if you don’t like the movie! And the Cosmo is, IMHO, the coolest spot on the Boulevard.

The pool itself  is open and so is the bar, so you can chill out in the water or with libations if the action or the outside temperature gets too steamy.

Doors open at 7. The movie starts at 8. (No trailers!!!!) And the ticket price is: FREE (my favorite four-letter word).

September 3: Social Network

September 10: Sleepless in Seattle

September 17: Father of the Bride

September 24: The Great Gatsby
