While everyone in the DC metro area is hunkering down for a blizzard, Las Vegas is going hiking! Join me at the Full Moon River Walk at the Clark County Wetlands Park Nature Preserve Saturday afternoon.
Tomorrow is the full moon hence the name of the hike. Everyone can do it since the walk is ADA accessible. The walk includes a short meditation with the river spirits on the bridge near Vern’s pond. Bring a blanket, mat or camp chair to be comfortable during the meditation.
Feel free to bring water and snacks for the trail. The hike will last an hour.

Meet at noon at the “interpretive sign” in the main parking lot.
Everyone thinks Las Vegas is all glitz, glamour and neon. But there are just as many cool outdoor things to do as there are indoor delights on the Strip. And yes, we Las Vegans communicate with the river gods as well as the gaming gods.
See you there!
