Las Vegas is back! And so are we, sharing the kewlest FREE things to do in Las Vegas. Ticket prices haven’t gone down in the 14 months we were dark. So it’s my job to find fun things to do for FREE.
See Kortney Olson Smash Watermelons Between Her Thighs

Yes, you read that right. Stan Lee, creator of Marvel Comics, called Kortney “the woman with the world’s deadliest thighs.” Her signature move: crushing melons between her adductors
She is also the CEO of GRRRL Clothing, an athletic clothing line designed for real women, not athletes with unattainable bodies. She found out the hard way that she could climb out of her body hatred by gaining physical strength. Inspiring!
GRRRL Clothing is opening a bricks-and-mortar store in downtown Las Vegas. Show up today between 3 and 4 and watch her!
The store is devoted to female empowerment with clothing, gear and supplements. There is also a community space for self-defense classes.
All the opening festivities are FREE.
First Friday Is Back!

First Friday Las Vegas is a monthly art, entertainment and food festival held in the Arts District of Downtown Las Vegas. It’s held, yes, the first Friday of every month, and that’s today!
The First Friday Foundation is actually a non-profit designed to highlight art and culture in the land of casinos. Local artists, musicians and chefs showcase their talents in a street festival.
I’ve been going since the first one in 2002. After parking miles away, you hoof it to the Arts District and just wander. It’s like a mini-state fair. (I’m from Texas and I love the Texas State Fair.) But I digress.
You can wander through the art galleries. You can listen to live music. You can eat gorgeous and usually unhealthy food. But don’t worry, you’ll walk it off getting back to your car.
Tonight’s featured artist is Izaac Zevalking, founder of Recycled Propaganda. Yes, it’s about social commentary but it’s an art gallery. Now that President Trump is off Facebook for two years, this gallery can be your new obsession.
First Friday runs from 5-10 tonight. The epicenter is at Charleston and Main Streets.
Scream Your Head Off at a Golden Knights Watch Party

Alas, our beloved Golden Knights are down two against Colorado. They play at full capacity at home both tonight and Sunday. It’s possible that these may be the last two games this year, so enjoy!
I will bet every restaurant and bar in town will have the game 3 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs second round on TV. Get out of the house and cheer our team on! I like the FREE watch parties at Red Rock Casino.
Enjoy FREE Ice Cream at Ben & Jerry’s

It’s been a hard year for everyone. But it’s really been a tough year for active law enforcement, first responders, front-line medical personnel and members of the military.
To thank them (and I am so grateful too), Ben & Jerry’s is hosting an “Americone Heroes Week,” which ends Sunday.
To get your FREE ice cream, you must be in uniform or present your credentials. And you deserve it!
Watch the Belmont Stakes at Clique Bar and Lounge

I could never get into a clique in high school. But as an adult over 21, Clique at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas would love to have me.
Clique loves horse racing. It has hosted a party for all three races of the Triple Crown. Tomorrow is the Belmont Stakes, the final race in the trio.
Have a great week-end, Las Vegas.
